Greg is a public safety executive with more than 30 years in fire and emergency services, including executive leadership of a CFAI-accredited department in Virginia.

He has led organizational and operational assessments, managed complex labor relations, and built strategic plans that shaped departmental direction for years beyond his tenure. He maintained both personal and departmental Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI) accreditation.

Greg served as Vice President of the Virginia Fire Chiefs Association, where he worked with fire service leaders across the Commonwealth on standards, leadership development, and emergency response policy.
